Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Philippines
My son is an illegitimate child of a retired us navy, his father is still living with his wife. I am asking his father to include my son as one of his dependent, but the father said he can not do that because he is an illegitimate son. What can i do about my son's future?

Demand support from the father. If he refused sue him for child support.
