what are the effects of non-fulfillment of suspensive condition to Creditor and Debtor

Re: suspensive condition
the happening of a suspensive condition gives rise to an obligation. As such, when the suspensive condition is not fulfilled, the creditor and debtor stands not obliged on anything.
