Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Philippines
my step father got a single petition but a day before his flight in usa he got married to my mom they married in year 1997 till now is he is working and living in marryland baltimore and got his citizen but still single... my question is if the embasy found he is already married here in phillipines a day before his flight in usa what probabbly will happen to him is that true his card can disregard or it will take it bake to the us? and what if my mom will gave the original and autenticated copy of there marriage contract here in us embassy what will happen to my step dad that this time he is hiding to LA
