Legal Question in Construction Law in Philippines
overtime rendered and paid from 6pm - 8pm yet 1 hr deduction incurred for tardiness. is this legal?
also, overtime work is set to 2 hrs minimal.. meaning 5:00 pm - 5:59 pm is not claimable

Deductions should only be corresponding to the duration of the tardiness and not less or more than the time of being tardy. Overtime work beyond 8 hours of work should be compensated.
