Legal Question in Construction Law in Philippines
Hello po!...nais ko sanang itanong
Kami po ay ngpapagawa ng bahay ngbayad po kami sa architech (fully paid) pra sa plano, then sinimulan na po ung pag build nung house nung mabuo na po yong unang palapag napansin po namin na iba po sya sa ibinigay sa aming plano. Ngayon po pag tinatanong namin sya ang dinadahilan po nya ay binago nya pra makatipid kami.Hindi po nya sinabi sa amin yong changes ni hindi nya pinakita yong bagong plano. Ano po ba ang pepede naming gawin? Salamat po!
