Legal Question in Consumer Law in Philippines
i bought a pregnant dog from a friend. only to find out that the dog is not pregnant. can i take my money back? what legal actions do i have to take?

If he made a representation that the dog was pregnant and its the controlling motive why you bought the dog then you can annul the contract as there is fraud at the time of the perfection of the contract.Or you may refer the matter to the nearest barangay.
