Legal Question in Consumer Law in Philippines
hello po attorney paano po ba yon kung nakapagbigay na po kami ng downpayment tapos hindi po namin natirahan gawa ng hindi po napaalis ng developer ang nakatira dun nakuha namin na unit sa takdang panahon.almost 1 year na po ung downpayment namin pero hindi p rin nila naibabalik yong naibigay namin?thanks po
