Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Philippines

from 2007 my credit card balance is 18,000 Philippine peso. then until now my credit card balance is 80,000 Philippine peso..... its very hard for me to pay for this big amount..... what can i do? please help me? give me a good and effective advice... thank you very much
