Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Philippines

My dad isin riyadh and asked one of his friend to take with him some gadgets to be given to us here in philippines. He didn't give it to us on the day that he suppose to. When we my uncle went to his house his brother told my uncle that they didn't live there anymore and refuse to give us the number of his brother. Whta can we do? Should we go to the police already?

Try to talk to your father and inquire from him first. Then if your father can show proof that he gave it to his friend then you can refer the matter to the police for filing of a complaint for estafa.
