Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Philippines

My father died last oct 21, 2007 and may naiwan siyang utang before sya mamatay. Possible ba na sa asawa nya / sa nanay ko mapasa yung utang niya? Meron kami bahay na nakapangalan pa din sa kanya possible ba na makuha pa din yun ng banko kahit wala na syia?

The creditors can proceed claiming the satisfaction of your late father's debt from his estate.You have to settle his estate by filing a petition in court. This is in the light of the fact that he left some debts.
