Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Philippines

Nascam ko ng Russian asking me to withdraw money from my paypal account and then send the money to them via western union. Meron pa kaming contract kaya hindi ako nagduda. Ginamit nila ang paypal account ko para magbayad ang buyer pero hindi nila na-ship ang item. ngFile ng dispute ang buyer kaya nirefund ng Paypal ang total amount. Now, I have negative balance in my paypal account which means, I owe them money worth 11000 dollars. I don't have money to pay for them. Ano po ba ang magiging kaso ko if ever? at ano ang pwedeng gawing action ng paypal. Please help.

Its a simple collection suit. They can hire a lawyer here to sue you in order to collect the said amount.
