Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Philippines

Hi I'm a Philippine citizen, i lost my work on Dubai and went back to Philippines leaving my unpaid credit card and loans there. Is there a way for this banks to sue me? Now, I'm recieving email from a collection company at Philipines threatening me that they can file a case with me and now I'am on the hold departure list on Philippines immigration. They are also mentioning an International Law 188, that correspond with unpaid credit. Can you please advise?
