Legal Question in Criminal Law in Philippines
Hello Atty,
I am from the Philippines and I need help I was been charge of reckless imprudence resulting to damage property and violation of section 53 of RA 4136 or drunk driving last month the accident resulted to the car crash, I am drunk by that time and it clearly shows in my medical records and police records , will there any way that I can win the case?
