Legal Question in Criminal Law in Philippines
what can we do if the case is this: if the complainant's lawyer is the 3rd assistant prosecutor or the fiscal, the complainant has a policeman for a brother in the municipality where the case is being held, he has an influence on the judge handling the case (my opinion since the judge agreed to "no bail". we were told by PAO that they could not do anything since it is the fiscal handling the case. may I know what other options we have?

File a motion for the inhibition of the judge and the prosecutor on the basis that you cannot expect a fair trial.
