Legal Question in Criminal Law in Philippines
Although we are both US Citizens we live in The Philippines. If a person plans infidelity, but cancels the plan. Are they quilty of infidelity?

A preparatory act is not punishable. Unless it is an essential element of a crime. This is because the acts and omissions itself has not been committed. As you said it was only a plan and was cancelled. Good luck to you.
