Legal Question in Criminal Law in Philippines
hi. i have a second cousin recently killed her husband because of 3rd pary caught in the act and the other party is already pregant. she was already in the jail. is there chance that the case will be dismiss or the penalty will not that so long. please help.

Its up on how your cousin can prove her case.If it is death under exceptional circumstances like caught in the act of having sexual intercourse then the penalty is only distierro.
