Legal Question in Criminal Law in Philippines
is it ok if i decided to leave the country when there is still a pending case to me? the case is still under the fiscals office and was not yet submiitted to court. case is qualified theft with the amount of PHP250,000.00. i will leave the country for work and be able to settle all my obligations.can authorities hold me at the airport? planning to get legal counsel to resolve the case while abroad.
