Extra Marital Affair

When I surf the net, I found my wife's picture, Remedios G.--name removed-- in this site. We are legally married here and when I went home from job abroad, she keep on hiding & the last news I've got was, she was with another guy, who she met in this site and they are already staying together and planning to stay abroad to avoid any legal problem. My question is, how can I prevent her extra marital affairs and be not permitted to process her papers and what case should I bring to the court of law regarding this. When I went home, I already reported that she was missing to the National Bureau of Investagation, the US counterpart of FBI. Now, can I ask this site to prevent her from doing so? If you need legal documents to prove that I am the living legal spouse, just inform me and give me your e-mail address so that I will attached it to my mail to you. Thank you very much.

Would suggest that you immediately file a criminal case against your spouse and ask the court for a hold departure order so that she cannot leave the country. Thanks
