False accusations against me
Someone has filed an affidavit claiming that I performed acts of physical violence against them. This was done by her unscrupulous attorney in an attempt to leverage me on another issue. Can I sue for false arrest or claims against me?

no. you have to show first that the arrest and the criminal case has no basis int he same case filed against you before you can sue them on that account

you cannot sure for false arrest or claims in this case.you have to show that the arrest has no basis or foundation and you can do the legal proceedings on account of this act
