Legal Question in Criminal Law in Philippines
My father was already married to my mother, after more than 15 years he was remarried to another women while he was still married to my mom, what legal case should i file against to my father and to his new wife.

If they contracted the marriage here in the Philippines then you can sue them for Bigamy.But if they got married outside the Philippines and they returned here to live as husband and wife then you can sue them for concubinage and adultery.And for violation of RA 9262 because marital infidelity is a form of psychological violence. You can also sue your father for abandonment.
