Legal Question in Criminal Law in Philippines
I filed a case against my husband for incest rape, currently his still hiding the court send as a letter that he can post a bail because it is only attempted rape , he only uses his finger and not his genitalia . I'm so disappointed because the medico legal shows the the child has laceration. What shall i do?

Your husband can be prosecuted for violation of RA 7610 and rape. What he did is child abuse and already an act of rape not mere attempted rape. If the child is 12 below then it is statutory rape.
