Legal Question in Criminal Law in Philippines
I Got a friend now leaving abroad, he didn't settle his case here he left so he was charge for estafa and he has a warrant of arrest. So my question is if his name was put in watchlist how long his name will stay there, it will stay there forever?

If the complainant asked for a hold departure order your friend will be listed on the immigration watchlist. His name will stay on the watchlist until a judge issues an order to remove it.
