Good day po! meron akung kaibigan na nakakulong sa ngayon dahil sa kasong qualified theft, nag ka kaso po siya dahil sa paunti unti po na pag kuha ng pera sa kumpanya nya na umabot ng 130,000 pesos. no bill po ba ang qualified theft at mag kano po kaya ang piyansa?

If the amount did not exceed P222,000 then its bailable.You have to go to court and ask the bail recommended by the prosecutor.
