Good day po!
Nakaroon po ng away ang aking nanay at kapitbahay na nauwi sa demandahan.Paano po namin maisasara yung kaso dahil masyado na pong strss yung nanay ko. Libel po yun isinampa sa kanya at oral defamation nmn po ang sampa ng nanay ko sa kanila.magkano po kaya aabutin kung magpaynsa at ipatigil na ang kaso.Thanks in advance

Libel is actually a general term. It may include oral defamation. You can check the bail recommended in court. It is made by the investigating prosecutor. Its all up to the parties to settle the dispute.
