Legal Question in Criminal Law in Philippines
i've known someone who is inprison because of direct assault but there is no enough proof that the victim was assaulted.
Is there any way that the prisoner be free?
and what protection can he get? Thank you for your reply

You have to ask the lawyer who handled his case as to what happened why he was convicted despite the lack of evidence.
