loans
i used the money of the company,because of my personsal problems..what would be my punishment towards this? is this amicable?

First, the company has grounds to dismiss your employment.
Second, they could file a criminal case against you either for estafa or qualified theft. In the criminal case, the punishment is imprisonment depending on the amount involved.
Fortunately, the case can be subject to an amicable settlement.
However, if the company dismisses you, your entitlement to company benefits may be forfeited.

You will most likely be charged with Estafa or Qualified Theft. Yes, these crimes can be subject to settlement, if your employer will agree.
