Legal Question in Criminal Law in Philippines
The motor we are riding was hit by a fast car, the motor wasn't registered by the way, The car sped away (HIT and RUN) leaving us his victims on the street. Will we have a big chance of winning the case?

Your big problem is whom you will sue if you failed to get the identity of the driver or anything that will lead you to the vehicle.But if you have his/her identity and reported the same to the traffic police then you can file a case. Unfortunately, you are equally negligent as you are violating motor vehicle law by failing to obtain its registration.
