The motor we are riding was hit by a fast car, the motor wasn't registered by the way, The car sped away (HIT and RUN) leaving us his victims on the street. Will we have a big chance of winning the case?

*we filed a case for we know the drivers identity whom surrendered the day after the crime. he sped away and left us, one went to coma and died few days after, one got multiple injuries (broken bones).

does an unregistered motorbike would clear all his liabilities?

No. But your case will depend on how you can prove the guilt of the accused. It is up to the other party to file a counter charge against the owner of the unregistered motorbike. The failure to register is relevant in so far as proving the negligence of its (unregistered motorbike) owner. Since the subject matter of your question is already pending in court the best person to answer your question as to whether you have the chance of winning the case is your counsel on record.
