what options do we have if the fiscal administered "no bail" to a P50,000 qualified thefl case and the judge handling it approved it?

That is violative of the right to bail. Only those with the amount of P200,000.00 is not bailable for qualified theft. File a motion for the inhibition of the judge and the prosecutor. Meanwhile, assail the order denying bail.
