Legal Question in Criminal Law in Philippines
i received a subpoena re:qualified theft and falsification of commercial documents,the amount is PHP250,000. is tis amount bailable? what is the best thing to do to settle the problem? it was due to unauthorized over the counter withdrawal on savings account of one client. i am willing to pay the whole amount given enough time.

Since it exceeded P200,000.00 then it is not bailable according to a DOJ Circular.Better discuss settlement than go to jail without a bail.
