Legal Question in Criminal Law in Philippines
repost and some additional:
my friend has been in immigration watch list so he wasnt able to go home in his country,korea because of that.his lawyer said that he have to file a promisory note that he is going to come back here in philippines and deposit money in immigration before leaving philippines...and that money will be refunded if he comes back here again in philippines.but here comes another problem after that,his name is still in watch list and now his lawyer said that he dont know whats making this case difficult...is it possible?
he was placed in watchlist without doing any.its just that he worked as a managing director in a company that sends manpower to australia.he occured that problem when he was working in that company.its almost 6months since he was in watchlist and cant even visit to his country.
whats the best thing to do about this matter?please help me
