robbery resulting to death
my sister is working w/ a bank, last week a group of men rob their bank. one of their guards died on the spot and 2 are seriously wounded. what case are they suppose to file.

The crime to be charged is robbery with violence against or intimidations of persons under Article 294 parargraph 1 of the Revised Penal Code.
