Legal Question in Criminal Law in Philippines

i had a short relationship again with my x bf last year.. when we were making love.. he tried to fuck me on the ass.. i got mad.. i warned him.. he did it again..can i still file a case?? even it happened last year..because it keeps going in my mind.. im the mother of his kid too.. i feel so ashamed that he did that to me.. when he was so drunk... of all people..

You can file for violation of RA 9262 Violence Against Women and Their Children.What he did to you may amount to a psychological violence under the said law.If what he did is against your will perhaps you can also file a rape case.
