Sir good day, tanong q lang ulit. kapag po criminal case, ako po ang complainant tapos na po kami sa arraignment po nung june. ngayon july 27 po and pre-trial. kelangan ko pa po ba na magpunta sa pre-trial Sir? pag di po ba q nagpunta meron po ba yun negative effect sa akin as complainant? At pagnagpunta po ba ako kelangan ko pa po ba na kumuha ng sarili kung atty? Salamat po Sir

Dapat umaten ka at ang abogado ay ang prosecutor. Kaya hindi mo na kailangan kumuha ng private lawyer. Pero kung gusto mo pwede din kumuha ka ng private lawyer mo.
