subpoena
firstly i want to thank your ofc for the prompt reply i recvd on my first submitted question..secondly i have another concern.I'm supposed to attend a notice of hearing from a subpoena for a qualified theft case i just learned about this coming wed.can i attend w/o an attorney present and how will i go about it.thank you very much

suggest you attend with your lawyer. the subpoena is an invitation for you to respond to a criminal case. if you go there with out a lawyer, you may not be able to protect your interest.
