Legal Question in Criminal Law in Philippines

i been threatened by a pasay traffic enforcer last april 11 named Jay Ugaddan i caught it on video tru my cellphone.After that i was badly injured multiple abbrasion both right and left knees also both of my ankles were injured.They also trew a glass at me in my window luckily i covered myself in time then our jalousy was the one get broken.Aside from malicious word he said.what case should i apply for this case? You can file a criminal case for grave threat, physical injuries, malicious mischief and oral defamation. You also have the option of filing an administrative case against this government employee.
