Legal Question in Criminal Law in Philippines
I am currently working abroad, married with 2 kids to my legal wife, rescently, i have found out that my wife has a relationship with another man back in my country, as a result, my wife now has an 8 yr old months child to the other guy. can u please advice me what to do and what are the legal actions to penalize her
