Legal Question in Education Law in Philippines
My son is being petitioned by some parents in school because of his behavior and temper. Can they really have my son kicked out from school? The principal does not seem to help us and even wants us to look for another school. It also seem like she's the one who ask the parents to make a petition. What should I do? She also wants me to sign a waver that I will transfer my child if another parent makes a complaint. Is there a proper procedure that the school should do about this, legally? like suspension or alternatives.
