What i am suppose to do to be granted an F1 visa?I have filed last Novemver 2010 and was denied even i ahve been accepted from school where i wanted to enroll..i am planning again to filed an F1 again?What i should do ?

Perhaps,it was denied because you failed to establish the relationship by credible documents such as emails, pictures and entry here in the Philippines to prove that you visited your fiance here. Better hire an immigration lawyer in the US to initiate the steps for K-1 Visa.
