Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

It has been 6 years since my husband committed adultery which is in Spain right now he had a 2 children with different women. 1st children was a girl and the 2nd is a girl as I had been told the last girl he is is that they are leaving together with his brother and mother there in Spain since 6 years ago he already abandoned me cut of my benefits and even monthly allowance although we don't have an children. As of this year I had decided to finally file a complain but I don't know what to do because of lack of money and since he is in Spain which I cannot just easily file a complain againts them. Can you please help me out on what to do. I am planning to seek help at PAO's office in Makati but I don't know where to start and my main concern is also financial. What should I do and what are the grounds that I need to file? Thank You I will appreciate your advice and help. More Power.
