Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

I am 28 years old and is living in the Philippines. My marital aunt and her husband are registered as my parents in my birth certificate because I was born out of wedlock and my mother was too young to handle the situation then. My biological father did not acknowledge my identity as his daughter upon conception, so my mother's eldest sister, helped her out and used their name for me to be "legitimate". Now my biological mother lives in Belgium with her husband and wants to settle everything for me to reunite with her in Europe. I am not sure about what to do as we've always wanted to be with each other permanently. Hope you can help.

You need to file a petition in court for the cancellation of your simulated birth certificate. Once your simulated birth certificate is cancelled, you may register your birth reflecting your true identity and filiation.
