Annulment
how can i file a petition for annullment if i dont know where he is living now. we are almost 15 yrs.separated and no communication at all. we have a son who is 16 yrs old now with me and no properties.

YOU CAN STILL FILE AN ANNULMENT CASE.
Now adays annulment cost as follows:
200,000 for normal and regular proceeding of annulment, meaning with appearance, trial, normal more than 1year to have an Order from Court if the Court grant your Petition for Annulment.
300,000 - 400,000 for special proceeding, without appearance, for 3months-1year an Order will be given to you granting or approving you Petition for Annulment.

You could still file a case for annulment even if you are unaware of the present whereabouts of your husband. We shall resort to indicating his last-known address in the petition and publishing the same in a newspaper of general circulation. You may reach me at [email protected].
