Re: annulment

Annulment has nothing to do with divorce, and is not automatic. An annulment is a Court declaration that the marriage was invalid or never occurred, while a divorce is a Court order that terminates a marriage. Neither is automatic; you must apply to the Supreme Court of British Columbia for a divorce under the circumstances you outline. Please call a lawyer in your community. You may obtain a referral for a low cost initial interview from the Canadian Bar Association - B.C. Branch by looking in the Telus yellow pages under "Lawyers".

Re: annulment

nullity in the philippines is by reason of phychological incapacity not merely be adultery... if you can come up with an evaluation of his person as to whether or not she is psychologically incapacitated, then that would be your ground for nullity.
