annulment

how long does an annulment take? my husband is a seaman he has a mistress in a country in europe, ive got photos and emails of their infidelity. he filed for our annulment. what are my rights?

Annulment in the Philippines would normally take about 1 to 2 years. The only ground is 'Psychological INcapacity'. You can insist on your rights as follows: 1) demand for your share in the conjugal partnership 2) demand for the support of your minor children 3) demand for the custody of your child below 7 years old.
