Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

Atty good evening: I just would like to ask you counsel regarding the problem of my Sister in Christ in our Church. She is FLOR PANES a lone bread earner, widdow with 2 sons. Her youngest Bryan Panes 20 yo, a second year college student at EAREST GMA, Cavite. Sometimes last November 2012 daw ung anak nya si Bryan had a txtmate and eneded up with illicit affair with a younger lady 17 yo, out of school youth and with previous affair with another man and allegedly they are no longer connected each other. When the parents knew that they (Bryan had an affair, they already hold on Bryan in their home even after FLOR with the Pastor of the Church talk to them of their desire to finish first the studies of Bryan before they will be settled but the parents of the girl was insisting them to be settled despite of being young and they are tolerating their girl to sleep with Bryan. After which, they threatened Brian to be killed if he will not marry their daughter.
