child custody

my husband and i was already separated for 5-6 months, we have a son 3yrs of age, and now my husband want to sue me adultery but he dont have any concrete evidence against me, he told me that he will get my child. is it possible? pls help me.

No.. he cannot get your child because kid is under 7 yrs old..If he get it by force, then it would be coercion or worst of kidnapping.. you seek police attention if it happens but legally, he cannot get your child without any court order and you are entitled to the custody of the child by Philippine law.
