Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

child custody

i've been separated (but not legally) for more than a year, my husband took our 2 year old daughter and refuse to give here back to me or let me see her. he transferred to a new house and wont tell me where. i tried filling for habeus corpus requesting to issue the subpoena to his office and old house add but the judge gave me 15 days to locate the new add or else the case is dismissed! i tried everything (hire PI) but my husband knows he is being followed so finding out the new address seems impossible.what else can i do?

Re: child custody

You really need to have an address by which the court would issue the notices. Unless you would be able to pin point the exact location, then that's the time you would be aided by the court. Suggest that you secure the services of the DSWD so that enforcement of your rights against the husband can be made through police action.
