child custody of unmarried patrner

i am from phil.and i work in dubai-i have a a 10 month old baby would it be possible that i take all custody over my son even if im not with him?

Philippine law allows mother of child below 7 years old to have custody. The father can only exercise visitorial rights.

Where is your son right now? Since he is illegitimate then you are entitled to his custody.

If you are given custody, then the baby would be with you. Are you ready for that? If so, you will have to show a court how the baby is better off with you than the other parent.
