bro. not married, working abroad & have 2 kids, live in partner wants an increase support for 2 kids, is live in partner has the right to claim?

Dear Madam/Sir,
The amount of support is determined by the twin factors of the "needs of the recipient (children)" and the "capacity of the giver (father)." So, we take both of these into account when we estimate the proper amount of support. I may be reached at [email protected].
