Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

I have a child when i was 17 years old, then i need financial support to his father aside from that we are separated and i am not married to him. And now I am married and have 1 child other. Do I have a right to ask financial support of my child to his father? The family name of my daughter using as of now is the family name of his father and with his signature at back of birth certificate of my daughter.
